"Hi. I would like to bring your attention to the wonderful service your Whakatane franchise holder is providing. I phoned in the morning with an enquiry, despite living half an hour out of Whakatane, a salesman was over within an hour to provide a quote and some advice. He provided a quote which was more expensive than others I had, however his advice was friendly, factual and not in the least bit pushy. He explained why he recommended the treatments and was really up front about what could be done, and what couldn’t be. He then arranged for a cleaner to come through my house early the following week. I got called out to work and couldn’t meet the cleaner, however I managed to get back before he had finished. He had done a wonderful job, including removing an extra stain I had forgotten to mention; was also friendly, polite and professional. I couldn’t stay until he had finished so he left the house secured as best he could. I realised afterwards that I had left laptops, video cameras, and some quite valuable jewellery lying around – nothing had even been touched. We would highly recommend them to any boat owner wanting to achieve that little bit extra in the maintenance and presentation of their boat."
